Zeeland's Christmas Activities- click here

FEEL THE ZEEL OF GIVING EVENTS:
Dec. 13 - 17, 5:30 - 8:30 PM

THIS JUST IN: (FRIDAY'S UPDATE) We are very thrilled to have had such an outstanding turnout for this year's Feel the Zeel of Giving events -- especially the horse-drawn trolley rides! The trolley rides are first-come first-served. We are limited to 9 rides/night with approx. 20 ppl per ride. This year we are handing out "ride tickets" to ensure your spot in line. The ride ticket allows you to wait inside and shop until it is your turn on the trolley. (sure beats waiting in the cold like last year!) The trolley picks up across the street from Frank's. Get your ride tickets at the red tent on the sidewalk.

Due to the popularity of the trolley rides, we have been running out of ride tickets around 7pm. If you miss the trolley ride, we encourage you to stick around and enjoy free photos with Santa @ Marc Photography (till 8:30), free holiday crafts @ the Dekker Huis Museum (till 7:30) and enjoy the shops downtown Zeeland. Shop for a Cause! Most merchants will donate a portion of sales made between 5:30-8:30pm to Kids Hope USA!

We hope you come downtown and FEEL THE ZEEL OF GIVING. Remember, all events are free and have been provided by the generosity of the downtown merchants. Please share in the Christmas spirit and Feel the Zeel!

I think it's great that you offered the special events this week however I wasn't impressed with the trolley ride set up!
Last year we waiting 45 minutes for a ride! Well worth it!! We were very excited to go down tonight and take our three year old on the trolley! However, after waiting a few minutes we were asked about tickets! What? No where on this blog or on any of the fliers does it say anything about needing a ticket! The funny thing is there were people that were down there working that didn't know anything about tickets!! I know this is the second year and there are still some things to work out but this would have been something to put on a flier!
